JOIN US AT OUMA

Join us as we celebrate the launch of the 2nd Ikouii book, INSIDE THEIR STUDIO: Deaf & Disabled Artists Reshaping the Arts. Meet & greet artists featured in the book! Book reading and signing, will be followed by a reception with small bites and live performances (performance arts, dance, poetry, and music). The event is FREE to attend, we request that you RSVP so that we have an estimate of how many guests to expect.

ABOUT THE BOOK: INSIDE THEIR STUDIO: Deaf & Disabled Artists Reshaping the Arts brings together artists living with disabilities who practice in a range of mediums and provides a rare glimpse into the artists’ studio practices, inspirations and personal journeys. Featured artists live with disabilities from differing communities, including but not limited to those belonging in the BIPOC, LGBTQIA, and Neurodivergent communities. This is the 2nd edition of an ongoing book project by The Ikouii Creative. Grab your copy here.
