OGLETHORPE UNIVERSITY MUSEUM OF ART – ATLANTA, GA

The award-winning four week program at the Oglethorpe University Museum of Art was designed to welcome and engage metro Atlanta school-aged children on the Autism spectrum. Child participants and their families were taken on an array of programs that involved the current collections within the museum. To facilitate, we enlisted art therapists and students studying in the fields of psychology, art, and education as volunteers. The program concluded with a closing exhibition where child participants displayed their work within the museum.
